Terms and Conditions for Pre Paid Events

• Prepay events are based on booked numbers; if increased numbers are encountered extra charges at the prevailing rate will apply, discounts are not given for reduced numbers as this will often effect the booked rate.
• Unless prior credit terms are agreed in writing all invoices are due before the commencement of the event (or by cash payment at the beginning of the event by arrangement).
• Additional discounts are available in some circumstances (i.e. mounts are not required or custom mounts are to be supplied by the client.)
• Any discount is based on full and final payment before the event as per our terms; failure to adhere to these terms will result in any discount being lost.
• Custom backdrops are available for events with guests over 300 and require 3 weeks’ notice, A limited number of themed backdrops are available from stock and do not require notice or minimum guests.
